Professional Background:

In 1979, Mr. Khalid Al Hamdan put the first brick stone in Saudi Pan Gulf establishment - currently Pan Gulf Holding – to start his productive partnership with Mr. Fahad Saja. As the Managing Director of the group, Mr. Khalid was instrumental starting from the early stages of formation. His vision and exceptional abilities made him shift the company’s business scope from limited steel trading activities to include; steel fabrication, food processing, welding solution, piping, telecommunication, industrial fire protection and engineering design. In a record of time, each of these business units became a standalone company that includes more than one division and business segment. The key factor for these significant achievements is Mr. Khalid’s Leadership in all avenues for growth, expansion and diversification.

Educational Background:

Mr. Khalid Al Hamdan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from KFUPM University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting.

Besides his ultimate devotion to Pan Gulf Holding, Mr. Khalid Al Hamdan is the managing director for Al Hamdan Consulting Office and Al Sanbok Trading Co. Moreover, he holds several directorships and board memberships such as in; Saudi Valves Manufacturing, General Automotive Services Co. Ltd (Pirelli Tyres), Sun Ace Gulf, Saudi Development & Re-export Services Co. Ltd., Global Pipes and Al Alamiya Cooperative Insurance Co. He is also actively associated with the Annual Charity Run in Al Khobar. Adding to his rich portfolio, Mr. Khalid is an active board member in Husn Al Jawar Charity Association which helps the Saudi families in Bahrain.
